Intern Architect/Designer – Shanghai 0-3 YEARS EXPERIENCE We are currently seeking intern architects with 0-3 years of professional experience who have strong design and graphic presentation skills and demonstrate a strong work ethic. All candidates should have an accredited degree in architecture. Candidates must be proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch-up, 3DMax and Adobe Suites software programs. Project responsibilities include participation in all phases of the architectural design and documentation process. BIM/Revit, Rhino and Ecotect knowledge are highly desired. Junior Project Designer - Shanghai 5-7 YEARS EXPERIENCE We are currently seeking junior project designers with 5-7 years of professional experience who have proven strong design and graphic presentation skills. Candidates should have an accredited degree in architecture. All candidates must be proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch-up, 3DMax and Adobe Suites software programs. Experience with large, commercial mixed-use, hotel, office and residential projects is preferred. Good communication skills and ability to fully participate on fast paced project teams are essential. Fluency in both English and Mandarin languages is preferred. Responsibilities primarily include developing design concepts and resolving program requirements under the direction of the project design director and project architect through all phases from design competition through design development. The position requires exceptional graphic skills in multiple media, including freehand sketching, and 2D and 3D visualization to resolve complex design issues. Project Architect - Shanghai 5-10 YEARS EXPERIENCE We are currently seeking architects with 5-10 years of professional experience who have strong technical skills. All candidates should have an accredited degree in architecture. Good communication, leadership and management skills are essential. . Fluency in both English and Mandarin languages is preferred. Candidates should have experience with large, commercial mixed-use projects and understanding of project delivery process in the China marketplace Responsibilities primarily include implementing design concepts in the production of architectural documentation, from schematic design through construction administration. Project architects will also be responsible for leading project teams, coordinating activities with consultants and local design institutes, building code analysis, agency submittal reviews, and construction administration phase tasks. Individuals will work closely with the senior project designer on each assignment to assure that the design intent is achieved in the completed project. Candidates must be proficient in AutoCAD and Adobe programs, and BIM/Revit experience is a plus. Licensure and LEED accreditation are preferred. Proven track record of previous experience with high-rise office, hotel, residential and/or mixed-use projects is helpful. Senior Team Leader - Shanghai 10+ YEARS EXPERIENCE We are currently seeking a strong senior team leader architect with minimum 10 years of professional experience with proven leadership and management skills. All candidates should have experience leading project teams with a focus on both design and technical quality. Experience with large, commercial mixed-use, hotel, office and residential projects of high design quality is required. Ability to effectively communicate in both English and Mandarin Chinese languages are essential. Candidate should have an accredited degree in architecture and must be proficient in AutoCAD and Adobe Suites software programs. Responsibilities primarily include leading project teams and overseeing development of projects with project design director and partner-in-charge of Asian market. Ability to assist with marketing support based on candidate’s prior experience and past projects is desirable.
