Position Required (all candidates are required to be responsible - ambitious - talented - team player): Representative in Beijing 1. Independently leading the design/project, including concept, schematic design, development design, details, construction drawings control, site service, etc； strong understanding of work done by HPP and right communications of that with clients in Beijing or North China, in-time and accurate feedback from clients； able and willing to work under pressure and to develop HPP’s Beijing office； ability and willing to make business development would be a plus； 2. Report to HPP’s HQ in Dusseldorf & Coordination with Shanghai Office； 3. Bachelor degree or above in architecture； relevant working experiences for more than eight years in major design institute/major foreign design agency are required； excellent professional English/German is required (instant oral translation and written report are required)； good command of professional software； 4. Independently leading the design/project, including concept, schematic design, development design, details, construction drawings control, site service, etc； control of project quality, schedule, manpower input and efficiency； 2. Participating in the design/project, including concept, schematic design, development design, details, construction drawings control, site service, etc； 2. Project team member and report to project leader； 3. Bachelor degree or above in architecture； relevant working experiences of more than three years in major design institute/major foreign design agency are required； excellent professional English/German is required (instant oral translation and written report are required)； good command of professional software as CAD, Photoshop, Sketchup etc； 4. Working Location: full time in Shanghai Intern Architect 1. Participating in the design/project, including concept, schematic design, development design, details, construction drawings control, site service, etc； 2. Project team member and report to project leader； 3. Bachelor student (Grade 4 or above) or master student in architecture； relevant intern experiences in major design institute/major foreign design agency are preferred； excellent professional English/German is required (instant oral translation and written report are required)； good command of professional software as CAD, Photoshop, Sketchup etc； 4. Working Location: full time (preferred) or regular part-time in Shanghai Business Development & Marketing Manager 1. Independently own reliable contacts to make business development, marketing, public relation, qualification/RFP, etc； will have significant amount of (or access to) contacts that can generate projects as efficiently and effectively as possible； responsibility for verifying information, obtaining background information； contract negotiation & management including payment issue； 2.
