Minimum 6-8 years post qualification experience with top end international design firm 2. Built Project Experience where delivery of concept has been achieved 3. Ability to understand and contribute to the design process through appropriate technical knowledge 4. Ability to apply a technical rigor to the production and coordination of drawing packages 5. Some on-site construction experience a plus 6. Open-minded, charismatic, friendly, team player, with strong ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with clients, consultants and colleagues 7. Sound knowledge of 3D delivery tools preferred 8. Willingness to travel 9. Minimum 6-8 years Project Management experience. Priority will be given to those who have extensive project experience in China 2. Degree in Architecture from an internationally recognized university 3. Extensive experience in contract administration for large scale projects and front-end client / consultant interaction 4. Strong desire to deliver excellent architectural design 5. Excellent leadership and communication skills 6. Previous working experience in a large international practice is beneficial 7. Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese 8. Excellent writing skills, with the ability to craft letters, reports, presentations and proposals in clear articulate English and Chinese 9. Ideal candidates must have: 2. Degree in Architecture from an internationally recognized university 3. Membership of a professional association 4. Minimum 8 years’ design experience 5. Outstanding design skills and experience in all phases of the design process 6. Excellent project management, client coordination and people management skills 7. Strong concept & schematic design ability. 8. Ability to communicate in both English and Chinese (written and spoken) 9.
